Chelsea opened breathe with the purpose to provide a caring and respectful healing space for wellness providers to collaborate.

In practice since 2006, she is increasingly passionate about her profession and the relief it can offer to others. While she specializes in remedial massage therapy, Chelsea also offers cupping therapy, hot stone, prenatal, and Himalayan salt stone massage. She personalizes each session to help clients reach their goals of pain management, increased range of motion, and stress relief. Out of the clinic, she is a blessed mama, embracing slow mornings and enjoying country life.

"My journey into natural health/healing started with learning Reiki energy healing, and massage therapy the following year. I have been a practicing massage therapist for 10 years, and a manual osteopathic therapist for 4 years.
I am very passionate about helping clients find alignment, relieve pain, and assist with healing. Treatments are individualized, as every body is different. I also provide after care stretches to clients who are interested in them.
Away from work, I love spending time with my family and friends. Time in nature is my favorite. The mountains, lakes and rivers (in the summer time) are my happy places. I am interested in plant medicine, and enjoy making essential oil Epsom salts for friends and family."

"I have been working in Lacombe as a Registered Massage Therapist since 2018. I am lucky enough to go to work everyday doing somethings that I love! I value the relationships with my current clients and am excited to meet the many new and amazing clients that come through this clinic. Upon completing 2200hrs at the Alberta Institute of Massage, I have found that I especially enjoy Deep tissue and Prenatal Massage, but I am looking to broaden my education to offer my clients more. "I graduated in 1996 from the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy in Ontario that holds a high reputation of a strong 2200 hour education. Soon after, I began a home based practice where I built a strong clientele. I enjoy administering deep tissue massage and pursued further training with Esalen Deep Tissue as well as Schweitzer's Deep Tissue techniques. In 2014 I also pursued training in the Vodder method of Manual Lymph Drainage. Over the nearly 30 years of being a massage therapist, I have learned so much and truly have delighted in delivering the best professional care I can to every client I encounter. My husband and I relocated our family to Alberta to join our son, his wife and new baby. It is my pleasure now to rebuild a strong clientele here as I join Breathe Massage and Wellness with hopes of getting to know this community and contribute towards your health and well being."

After many years of an unfulfilling career in sales, I finally found my calling in Registered Massage Therapy. I graduated with a 2200 hour program from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Cambridge Ontario in 2008. I’ve since pursued a deep interest in understanding and correcting the musculo-skeletal causes of a client’s pain. I built a strong, thriving practice in Ontario administering Deep Tissue and Relaxation Massage Therapy and advanced NeuroKinetic Therapy (under the Massage Therapy umbrella).
Our son & his wife moved to Alberta in 2023 and my wife & I decided to join them here once they began their family. My wife, Stephanie - also a Registered Massage Therapist working here at Breathe - has shared just how wonderful the people of Lacombe are. It is my privilege to join the team here to contribute healing & ease of movement to the charming town & people of Lacombe. I look forward to working with you!
